Account Registration & Security
To open an account with hi99, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, an active mobile number, and valid National ID or passport details. Each person may register only one account; operating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and may result in all accounts being closed. hi99 follows a KYC process to verify the information provided at registration and may request supporting documents. Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party is entirely your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. hi99 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or SMS — any such communication should be treated as a potential phishing attempt. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication to keep your account secure. Should any unusual activity be detected on your account, hi99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend it in the interest of security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using hi99, you confirm that all your activities are lawful, honest, and in compliance with these Terms. Fraudulent activity, use of bots, running scripts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to access another user's account without authorization, or engaging in deceptive conduct toward other users, is also forbidden and may result in legal action. You must not disclose any information that violates another person's privacy or damages the reputation of our platform.
Hi99's gaming and Sports Betting services are intended purely for entertainment. Users are encouraged to bet responsibly and to avoid wagering beyond their means. Any attempt to conduct money laundering or other illegal financial activity on our platform will result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities. Respectful language and conduct must be maintained when communicating with other users or hi99 staff.
Any attempt to compromise the platform's technical infrastructure — including its software, design, or databases — may carry serious legal consequences. In the event of a policy violation, hi99 reserves the right to permanently close the offending user's account and forfeit their balance.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on hi99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as selected bank transfers. Account verification must be completed before deposits and withdrawals can be processed — withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the guidelines of the respective payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, though verification or security checks may extend this timeframe. Withdrawing bonus or promotional credits requires meeting specific rollover conditions, which will be detailed in the relevant offer's terms. If fraud is suspected on any transaction, hi99 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and conduct an investigation. Should fraud be confirmed, the associated funds will not be returned and the account will be closed.
A record of every deposit and withdrawal will be stored in your account dashboard and can be accessed at any time. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, you must notify our support team within 7 business days of the relevant date; disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

While hi99 is not directly liable for issues caused by third-party payment providers or game suppliers, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such matters.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Hi99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, unverified identity, identification as an underage user, or operating multiple accounts. Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. If a valid balance exists and fraud has not been established, hi99 will endeavor to return those funds upon account closure.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the hi99 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and game elements — is the intellectual property of hi99 and is protected under applicable law. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
